This is the Spruce School of Real Estate wiki. If you are familiar with Wikipedia it functions very much the same. If you are not, this is a tool for finding real estate terms and other helpful info regarding our materials and testing. Over time our students will cumulatively develop a very nice resource of real estate terminology and in turn learn:). Spruce is currently giving an honors award for whomever creates the best IN DEPTH and VISUAL (yeah, we want pictures) example of a key term for this resource each class section so try, investigate and research those key terms we go over each chapter!!!! Just invest your knowledge on a term and make it look GREAT!!! You could get the honors award!
